Description: A lovely tall perennial for a cool cottage garden spot or woodland border - prefers moist well drained soil in partial or dappled shade. Tall plumes of fluffy lilac blooms, over lovely grey green aquilegia like foliage add a delicate waft to a border. (Please note these are seed grown so may have variation in colour - most likely lilac but could also be white.)
Notes on cutting: Cut flowers in the cool of the day, when just beginning to open, and condition well for longest vase life. Lovely in wildflower arrangements, but also a great foil to more modern structural arrangements, especially when high and/or en masse.
