Virus disclaimer

Although we do our absolute best to ensure all our Dahlia stock is healthy and virus free, as viruses can be latent in your soil and transferred by insects, as well as present with no symptoms, we can not guarantee they are completely disease free.   It can also be difficult to distinguish viral symptoms, from symptoms of nutrient deficiency and local toxicity.  Therefore will make no refunds on the grounds of disease, so please only order if you are happy with that.

Tubers

All of our tubers are grown right here at Maytrees Garden, Dunedin for at least one year.  To the best of our ability we will ship viable tubers with healthy eye/s.  Dahlia tubers come in all shapes and sizes, and viability is not necessarily linked to size.  Slightly wrinkled tubers will rehydrate, so long as they have viable eye/s.

If you are unhappy with a tuber you have received, please contact us within a week of receiving it to discuss it.  Unfortunately we can not be responsible, for the success of your dahlias over time as environmental factors are out of our control.

In the unlikely event that the tubers you received are not what you ordered, we will replace it the following year free of charge.
